1. Acceptance & Agreement

Welcome to Omonop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile interfaces, databases, APIs, and client dashboards operated by Omonop Technologies Inc.

By creating an account, browsing listings, submitting information, or using our predictive real estate features, you agree that you are at least 18 years old and fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate use of our platform.

2. Automated Valuation Model (AVM) Disclaimer

CRITICAL INFORMATION: The valuation estimates, trends, indices, and financial models supplied by our AVM or BuyAbility Calculators are computed via statistical algorithms for **informational and educational purposes only**.

Omonop valuation predictions do not constitute:

  • A certified legal property appraisal.
  • Financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.
  • A guarantee of market resale value or rental income.

We advise all consumers to consult with a licensed Omonop real estate broker or agent and perform structural inspections before making any financial acquisitions.

3. Listing Feeds & MLS® Intellectual Property

Certain real estate listings, pricing statistics, and property descriptions shown on Omonop are provided under license agreements with Canadian local real estate boards via standard **DDF®** and **IDX®** feeds.

You agree not to scrape, download, republish, or syndicate listing data from our platform. Any unauthorized extraction of property coordinates, pricing histories, or brokerage metadata is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate legal termination and statutory damages under Canadian copyright laws.

4. User Representation & Warranties

If you create a professional account (as a licensed agent, broker, or landlord), you represent that you hold all valid licenses and compliance standing mandated by provincial regulatory boards (such as the Real Estate Council of Ontario - RECO, or the British Columbia Financial Services Authority - BCFSA).

Omonop reserves the right to immediately suspend or purge any user profile providing inaccurate data, false listing documents, or violating anti-spam legislations (such as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation - CASL).

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your relationship with Omonop are governed exclusively by the laws of the **Province of Ontario** and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any legal actions, arbitration proceedings, or contract disputes relating to these Terms must be filed exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
